American kerosene lamp by Edward Miller & Co. - stamped "The New Juno No. 1, Made in USA" on the shoulder with the embossed MILLER wick-adjuster knob. Nickel-plated brass with repousse floral banding to the base and shoulder, original burner with wick fitted, chimney prongs and tripod shade arms intact. Around 130 years old - these lit kitchens before the power did. No glass chimney or shade included - most survivors are the same, and restorers have ready sources for period glass.
