AWA Radiola Seven transistor radio c.1962 - Australian made, leather case, service label

Australian-made AWA Radiola Seven - a seven-transistor portable from the early 1960s (Model B30) in its original stitched leather case. The dial carries the Australian station callsigns of the day, there are earphone and battery-saver jacks in the back, and the original AWA service diagram is still pasted inside the case listing every transistor - a lovely survival for collectors and restorers. Runs on a standard 9V battery, no mains needed. Sixty-odd years ago someone listened to the cricket on this in the backyard; it could do it again.
