Two heavy cast iron jacks with COOPER cast into the columns - Australian farm and wagon heritage, repainted red at some point, complete with their screw stems, pawl handles and fittings as photographed. Slotted housings, wide bases, honest old castings. Sold as collectable/display pieces - vintage lifting gear isn't certified for modern use, and these deserve a shed wall or shop display more than a job anyway.

Condition report - seller's own words
Older red repaint over castings with chips and surface rust to the screw threads. Castings appear sound, no cracks sighted. Offered as-found, not trial-assembled.
