How do I pay?
At launch, every sale is cash at pickup — you inspect the item, count the money in person, and shake hands. Card payments held in escrow are coming soon.
What does bidding commit me to?
A bid is a commitment to buy at that price. Set your true maximum — proxy bidding only spends what's needed to keep you on top, and late bids extend the clock so sniping doesn't win.
I won. Now what?
You'll get a notification and email linking to your order page. It shows the seller's contact details, the pickup window and address area, and exactly what to pay. Confirm handover on that page once you have the item.
The item isn't as described.
Don't confirm handover. For card orders, open a dispute from the order page before funds release. For cash pickups, inspect before you hand over money — that's the point of paying in person.
How do disputes get resolved?
When either side opens a dispute, funds stay held. We compare the complaint against the listing's mandatory condition report and photos, ask both sides for their account (and evidence like photos), and resolve within 5 business days: release to the seller, refund the buyer, or a split both sides accept. The condition report is the contract — sellers who described flaws honestly are protected by it.
How do I sell?
Free, from the Sell button: photos, honest description, a mandatory condition report, starting price and optional reserve. No commission, no listing fee — free accounts run up to 10 items at once.
Something looks dodgy.
Use 'Report this item' on the listing. Reports and our automatic screening land in the same review queue; prohibited items are removed and repeat offenders are suspended.
How do I get help with anything else?
