Finding things
What is an AI Hunter and how do saved searches work?
An AI Hunter is a standing search that hunts while you don't: tell it what you're after (or create one with one tap from an auction you just lost) and it notifies you the moment a matching item is listed — by app and push. It matches your words against titles and descriptions, can be pinned to a category and a radius around your postcode, and is free.
The one-tap version
The best moment to set a hunter is the worst moment of an auction: losing it. Every lost auction offers a one-tap button that builds the hunter for you — key words from that item, same category, a radius around your area (or Australia-wide, your call). The next time something like it lists, you hear about it before the crowd forms.
How matching works
Every word in your hunt must appear somewhere in the listing's title or description, in any order — “kayak paddle” catches “paddle for 2-person kayak”. Shorter hunts catch more; add words to narrow. Category and radius filters stack on top.
Second chances stack with hunters
Losing an auction also puts you in line: finish second or third and you carry a “2nd chance” badge — if the winner falls through, the seller can offer you the item at your own bid. The hunter covers the next one; the badge covers this one.
